    What is the program that I need to install to open a pgn file? I cant open the World Open 2013 PGN file. Help

    pgn files can be opened by most major chess programs, ChessBase, Fritz, etc. If you are looking for something free, Winboard can be downloaded at http://www.gnu.org/software/xboard/. There are various other readers too and I’m sure if you search the web for free pgn readers you can find something suitable.
