The D.C. International was held from June 27-July 1, 2013, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, 2799 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia.
GM Parimarjan Negi won the event with a final score of 7½/9. Negi beat IM Justin Sarkar in the final round while IM Bindi Cheng, the only other person going into the final round on 6½ could only manage a draw with GM Conrad Holt. Cheng finished in sole 2nd place.
